Roughly 20 veterans die by suicide every day, and K9s For Warriors is determined to change that. Due to the tragic veteran suicide epidemic, the need for K9s For Warriors’ services is greater than ever.
With 88 kennels now operational after the completion of phase one, we have almost doubled our ability to rescue and train dogs. Once phase two is complete, it will be the largest shelter-to-service rescue facility in the world.
In 2022, K9s For Warriors established Arizona as its West Coast operations headquarters, with 44 kennel runs and a training facility. We need to expand our Arizona footprint to help more west coast veterans.
Continuing to grow and serve American heroes is our number one goal. We aim to be efficient, sustainable, and poised for long-term success. Thank you for your support.
Determined to end veteran suicide, K9s For Warriors is the nation’s largest provider of trained Service Dogs to military veterans suffering from PTSD, traumatic brain injury and/or military sexual trauma.
