May 3, 2024 – K9s For Warriors hosted the second annual Salute To Moms, celebrating all the women who have impacted our organization. The event took place at our Headquarters in Ponte Vedra, FL, with a Kentucky Derby theme.
Each attendee had the opportunity to make their own flower arrangements at the Bouquet Bar, customize jewelry from Kendra Scott, savor the crafted display of Derby inspired cuisine from South Kitchen, and enjoy a refreshing Mint Julep or Raspberry French Press from Unbridled Bar.
This event featured powerful testimonials from two Warrior graduates and moms, Kerry and Jovauna. Jovauna was accompanied by her three kids and Service Dog Danny, while Kerry was joined by her Service Dog, Bass. Their stories left not a dry eye in the house.

Our Adoptions team joined us at this event with an adoptable dog that stole the hearts of many!
After a guest saw this pup, they went to our adoption event hosted the next day and adopted their new best friend, Mimi.
